West Ham have told player he is free to leave

When a new player comes into the football club, there is always every chance that one will have to make way for that individual.

Indeed, following the arrival of Lucas Paqueta – a blockbuster of a signing for The Hammers – it seems a long-time West Ham United man could be on his way out of the team in the upcoming January transfer window.

According to a report by Football Insider, it has been claimed that Manuel Lanzini is one player that the Irons will be looking to offload in the winter, with the Argentine told that he is free to find another club.

The report goes on to claim that it could be on loan or as part of a permanent move away from the London Stadium, while it also interestingly revealed that he had been told before the recent transfer window deadline. However, no potential suitors had come in for him.

While those that use the https://www.apostas-desportivas.org/ betting platform resource site for all of their West Ham betting needs may have felt that he was integral to the way that the Hammers play, it appears David Moyes no longer has plans for him as a key man.

He has been told that should the same situation continue to remain during the next few months, then January could be the ideal time for him to call it a day in east London.

Indeed, the writing appears to have been on the wall for the Argentine, as he has rarely featured for West Ham this season.

He started the game against Manchester City in the opener, but he has since only made two substitute appearances before being deemed surplus to requirements on the bench in their last two Premier League games.

With Paqueta now a part of the side, it would not be a shock if Lanzini did not manage to add to his tally of 210 appearances, 30 goals, and 27 assists for the club an entire great deal.

At the moment, the only football he appears to be getting is in regard to the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday nights.

It will be interesting to see if any clubs come in for him this winter, as he is certainly still a useful footballer, although West Ham has perhaps outgrown him in recent seasons and are now ready for a future without him on their squad list.
